Measurement-Equipment Champion Bets 460m RMB on Optical-Communications Testing to Find New Growth

Huashengchang will acquire Shenzhen’s Galante Technology for 460 million yuan to enter optical-chip and module testing, aiming to offset slowing core business. The deal includes a contingent 5% share transfer and performance targets requiring Galante to deliver at least 115 million yuan in cumulative net profit from 2026–28.
