Honor’s Robot Phone: Turning the Smartphone Into an Embodied AI Device

Honor debuted the Robot Phone at MWC 2026, a smartphone that integrates a micro-motor and four-degree-of-freedom gimbal with on-device large AI models to enable automated tracking, intelligent camera movement and multimodal interaction. The device is the first product under Honor's Alpha Strategy, part of a broader push to transform from a smartphone maker into an AI terminal ecosystem company that links phones and humanoid robots.
