We use AI as an editorial tool, not as an autonomous publisher.
How We Use AI
AI may assist with Chinese-to-English translation, identifying related reports, organizing source material, summarizing long documents and preparing an initial draft. AI is not permitted to publish content on its own.
Human Review Requirement
Every published brief must pass human review. Sources, factual claims, uncertainty, headlines, analysis and image licensing are checked before publication.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not create fictional reporters, experts, quotations, sources or credentials.
- We do not allow AI to autonomously publish or index content.
- We do not use AI-generated text without human editorial oversight.
- We do not use AI to fabricate or exaggerate claims.
Disclosure
When AI materially assists in producing an article, the article includes a short disclosure describing that role. This disclosure appears in the “How This Brief Was Produced” section of each published piece.
