Over 2000 First-Time Enterprises Join Ninth CIIE

People's Daily reported that official figures released by the China International Import Expo Bureau show more than 2000 first-time corporate exhibitors are attending the upcoming ninth edition of the China International Import Expo. The roster of first-time corporate participants features multiple Fortune Global 500 corporations and major industry leaders, including Perennial, Ralph Lauren, AkzoNobel, ArcelorMittal, and Godiva. Debut participant Ralph Lauren set up a booth spanning over 300 square meters to present founder Ralph Lauren's vision of an ideal life, while South Korea's Cosmax NBT prepared 5 sections displaying end-to-end capabilities spanning planning, research, development, and supply. Biopharmaceutical firm CSL Behring is displaying 4 China-debut products at the expo while joining partners to introduce an intelligent medical system designed to assist rare disease diagnosis through artificial intelligence. Omani frankincense brand Luban Island is also making its expo debut, presenting 14 specialty goods from Oman and launching 3 new products in China, including green frankincense essential oil.

Following the event, Luban Island plans to join the Greenland Global Commodity Trading Hub, using selection centers and expo bazaars to transition from an expo debutant into an established permanent participant across the Chinese market.
